The R-Tech I-Cut 100P is a heavy duty plasma cutter with a genuine 32mm clean cut, high frequency pilot arc starting, pilot arc re-start, 6M heavy duty torch and cost effective - long life consumables

What is included with the R-Tech Plasma Machine?
All of our machines include everything to get you welding as quickly as possible, at no additional cost. All you need to do is add your air supply to get going.

All of our Plasma Cutters include the following, in the box, at no additional cost.
- 4.5M Plasma Cutter Torch
- Earth Lead
- Mains Cable
- Air Pressure Regulator
- Owners Manual
- Torch Consumables, Including Tips, Electrodes and Swirl Rings
Additional items such as a Circle Cutting Kit and/or Trolley can be purchased as an optional extra, in the drop down menus.
Will this machine cut Aluminium?

Yes, all R-tech Plasma machines will cut aluminium. It is worth noting that the maximum cut will be reduced to around half when cutting aluminium.
Do I need a separate water/moisture trap to use an R-Tech Plasma Cutter.

All of our machines are fitted with air filters and should not require any additional filtertration to be required. All of our filters are easily accessible and fitted with a moisture trap, this can simply be emptied by pushing the button located at the bottom of the filter.

We do suggest additional filtration where the enviroment maybe quite humid and also in the winter when condensation can build up in the air lines.
What gas do I use to run a plasma cutter?

Plasma cutters run on compressed air. It is important to ensure your compressor is suitable for your machine. Details of the machines air consumption can be found in the tech specs tab.
How Long Will It Take To Get My ICUT100?

All orders for R-Tech welding equipment received by 3PM will normally be despatched the same day for next day delivery to the UK mainland, UK Isles may take 48hrs.

Once your order has been placed, will will email you an order confirmation, then a despatch confirmation with tracking number so you can track your order. We mainly use DHL who will often provide a 1 hour delivery time to you.
