Returns and Refunds

When you buy from R-Tech, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products, and how to do so. For more detailed information on our returns policy please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for details on how to return products.

 If you change your mind

If you want to return a product because you've changed your mind, we ask that you look after it whilst in your possession and that when you return the product to us, you also let us have as much of the original packaging as possible. Please inform us within seven days if you wish to return unwanted goods for refund.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty
Please contact us on 01452 733933 immediately. If we can't resolve your issue over the phone we may request return of an item so that we may a) repair the item or b) replace the item or 3) refund the item.

Courier Collections
For any returned items we would ask you to return all ancillary items that came with it and as much of the original packaging as possible. Adequate packaging helps prevent transit damage for returned items. Any damage incurred during the return will NOT affect your refund but may result in a claim for damage AFTER such a refund is given.

Delivery charges
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, we can arrange our courier to collect, this will be deducted from any credit given.
