R-Tech Welding Equipment are excited to tell you about the arrival of the TIGWARE range of TIG welding accessories and to announce that we are now the exclusive supplier of TIGWARE products for the UK.
This exciting new range is designed and manufactured by John in Australia, John has been welding for years and has got absolutely fed up of his cups breaking, so he decided to make his own. The rest, as they say, is history!
All of the TIGWARE ranges incorporate a Triple Diffuser System, This is what sets them apart from the competition, giving a smooth, highly controlled gas flow and weld pool.
Teflon Range
A new innovation, these cups are manufactured from Teflon, and they are engineered to be abused. Rated for DC use only, these TIGWARE nozzles are virtually unbreakable. The Teflon range includes a triple kit, comprising of Size #12, #16 & #20 Teflon units, Size #12, #16 & #20 spare diffusers, 17/18/26 TIG Torch adaptor, 17GL332, 1.6mm & 2.4mm collet. Teflon units are also available to buy individually in cup sizes #10, #12, #14, #16, #20, #32.
TIGWARE Pyrex Range
Manufactured using Clear Borosilicate (PYREX), TIGWARE Pyrex units are designed with the welder in mind. Rated for DC use only. The Pyrex range includes a Gas Lens triple kit, comprising of Size #12, #16 & #20 Pyrex units, Size #12, #16 & #20 replacement Pyrex glass, Size #12, #16 & #20 spare diffusers, 17/18/26 TIG Torch adaptor, 17GL332, 1.6mm & 2.4mm collet. Pyrex units are also available to buy individually in cup sizes #12, #14, #16 & #20.
Super Tough Range
Have you ever cracked a Pyrex cup when hot? Ceramic pinged off with the smallest of taps on the bench? Introducing the Composite Ceramic, not only is it much tougher than a Pyrex or standard ceramic, but the ceramic material is so dense that workshop grime just slides right off. Incorporating the, above mentioned, toughened composite ceramic in the manufacturing process means that TIGWARE TIG Welding nozzles are engineered to be one of the toughest cups available. Rated for DC use, the super tough ceramic offers fantastic reliability and will not be easily fractured when dropped or bumped, allowing for a brilliant peace of mind. The TIGWARE Super Tough range is available to buy in sizes #12, #14, #16 & #20.
