Made from Quartz, TIGWARE Quartz Units are designed with the welder in mind. Rated for DC use TIGWARE Quartz units incorporate TIGWARE’s Triple Diffuser System making them RADICALLY different to the competition giving a smooth controlled gas flow and stable weld pool.
- For DC welding
- Suits 1.6mm (1/16") or 2.4mm (3/32") tungsten
- Stick out: 20mm or higher (greater stick out achieved with higher gas flow
- Rated for MAX 180A non continuous

- Available in size: #12, #14, #16, #20

For best performance, a greater than normal tungsten stick out with gas flow rates as below is recommended.
Recommended minimum stick out dimensions:
- Size #12 = 11 > L/min
- Size #14 = 14 > L/min
- Size #16 = 15 > L/min
- Size #20 = 19 > L/min
Recommended stick out dimensions
- Size #12 - #20 = 20mm (Greater stick out can be achieved with higher gas flow)
