" I was in need of a new AC/DC tig welder a year or so ago to primarily weld stainless steel but also wanted the capability to weld aluminium. At the same time I needed an updated arc welder to use specialist DC compatible electrodes.
After looking at many Tig welders I settled on the Digital Series 210A ACDC which did all of this plus much more and have not looked back since. Fantastic welder and one of the most stable arcs in Tig welding I have ever welded with. Customer
service and advice was second to none, absolutely fantastic. I had not done a lot of AC Tig welding but soon had the machine setup after a call to the technical team. The MMA welding on this machine is also excellent, I use this as much as the Tig mode.

"I bought my IMIG 160 and a P30C together over a year ago from R TECH, both units have performed admirably well after being used for a number of jobs both in the workshop and on site.
I have to admit I was sceptical of their ability when seeing the compact size and low weight of the units, but both units
performed brilliantly - easy to control with stepless control knobs and easy to read display (I can adjust things without taking my gloves off).
The welds are smooth and even and striking an arc is easy in both
MIG and MMA modes. The after sales support is faultless. On the one occasion
I thought I had a fault the folks on the phone knew the machine inside and out and lead me through a series of checks; and from what was found, the machine was collected the next day repaired and returned to me in two days (only 4 days in total)..
It turned out the fault was me but I was not charged...
In summary I will continue to recommend R TECH to anyone who wants great machines with a proper
UK based warranty and after sales"

"I purchased an INV160 MIG in April 2009. It became immediately apparent that a larger machine was needed. No problem for R-Tech who quickly collected the 160 and replaced it with an
MIG 200.
Three years later, the wire speed controls failed. I rang R-Tech who again said 'No problem' and promptly collected the machine on a Monday. On Wednesday they rang to arrange return of the machine.
As the machine was a whole year out of guarantee and, working to a very tight budget, I was worried about the likely repair cost plus couriers. 'That's all right Mr. Lloyd, there is no charge, we like to look after our customers with good service!' Also, I was talking to none other than the CEO Rob White who knew all about my machine because he had worked on it!
