Torch liners often need replacing. There are many reasons for this including, becoming kinked or worn after heavy use and also when blockages occur. If the wire feed delivery is poor or inconsistent, the torch liner could be the culprit.

You may notice that there are two types of liner, the standard liner and the TEFLON coated liner. So what is the difference?, TEFLON liners are best suited for aluminum wire because they are smoother, and aluminum is softer, you will find the wire runs through this much more easily!.
