Our high quality SIF Aluminium TIG rods are graded in the most common grades of 4043a and 5356 as well as some more unusual grades and are for use in AC TIG welding mode.
The 4043a grade is a great all-round performing TIG rod and has excellent flow characteristics and penetration thanks to a 5% Silicon content.
The 5356 grade filler rod is for use on alloys where corrosion resistance is important. This grade contains 5% Magnesium.
