Composite Ceramic Super Tough. The ceramic material is so dense that workshop grime literally slides off. Made from toughened composite YELLOW ceramic, TIGWARE Yellow TIG Welding Nozzles are engineered to be abused. Rated for DC use TIGWARE’s YELLOW Super Tough, incorporating TIGWARE’s Triple Diffuser System is what sets them apart from the competition giving a smooth controlled gas flow and weld pool.
- Will not easily fracture when dropped or bumped allowing for peace of mind
- For DC welding
- Suits 1.6mm (1/16") or 2.4mm (3/32") tungsten
- Stick out: 25mm or higher (greater stick out achieved with higher gas flow
- Rated for MAX 180A non continuous

For best performance, a greater than normal tungsten stick out with gas flow rates as below is recommended.
Recommended minimum stick out dimensions:
- Size #12 = 11 > L/min
- Size #14 = 14 > L/min
- Size #16 = 15 > L/min
- Size #20 = 19 > L/min
Recommended stick out dimensions: (Greater stick out can be achieved with higher gas flow)
- Size #12 - #20 = 15mm to 25mm
