replacement for my TIG - wanted a slightly smaller torch for the lower amperage stuff

I have an older machine and when I explained this the plug was changed to suit my machine, sales support is brilliant .

For the price I can't knock the torch and if it holds up as well as the wp26 that came with my tig welder. Wanted a smaller torch as the 26 was overkill for the jobs I do and it could feel a little cumbersome. Although not massively smaller bodied feels alot more manoeuvrable, probably because it fit the hand better size wise. If I had to pick one thing, it would be nice to have an option of 2m lead. This is just due to the fact my little work shop is a small shed that isn't even 4m on its longest length. With the MIG welder TIG welder mill and lathe the cable management is a bit of a problem for me. That said to much is better than to little

As before. I was told the control plug was the only difference. I changed that but the gas plug doesn’t fit which is causing issues.

Good quality torch for a reasonable price. Do yourself a favour and get the wedge collets from CK to go with it.

Its used for welding alluminium and titainium and steel. Mainly thin sheet and tube. I would recommend the product to any people I know who would be interested. The quality seems good.

Bought this item only to find when plugged in that is was live all the time. wiring had been twisted. Reported to R-Tech but heard nothing

Torches although durable need occasional change due to damage. These are replacement of very good quality for R-Tech welders.
