Business philosophy...

Do what’s right for customers, accurately and to their requirement. If we make a mistake – we’re only human after all – we’ll put it right to your satisfaction. Years ago, one of the biggest business lessons I learned was while working worked in the parts department of a Honda dealership and seeing authorisation of free goodwill repairs – because the customer will come back. All of my team are authorised to do what’s required to make you, our customer, happy.
