R-Tech COVID-19 Status
R-Tech are currently fully operational as of 31/07/20 @ 10:00
We are pleased to be much closer to our usual levels of staffing and have put the necessary measures in place in order to facilitate this. Staff safety will always be paramount to us and everyone is working tirelessly in order to maintain our usual high standards during this surge of increased demand.
Due to this, as well as the high volume of messages we are currently receiving, it may take us slightly longer than usual to respond to your query. Telephone lines are still available from 08:30-17:30, Mon-Fri and we are keeping wait times to a minimum. If you do have any issues getting through, please send us a ticket via our ticketing system and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Rest assured, we will be responding as soon as we possibly can.
Orders placed before 15:00 Mon-Fri are being despatched on a next working day service
Both DPD and DHL are still offering a next day service and whilst this has been taking place for the most part, small delays are to be expected due to the high volumes they are experiencing
We are now up to full staffing in our workshop and have split our engineers into separate areas to ensure they have the necessary space to work safely. Repair times are now back to normal and our technical team are on hand to assist, should you need them.
Our trade counter remains closed although we may offer collection under certain circumstances. Please give us a call on 01452 733933 and we will see what we can do.
