What are terms of your Warranty?
Our warranty is standard RTB on R-Tech Mig Welders, Tig Welders , Plasma Cutter range & MMA Stick Welder range.
Its a RTB (return to base) warranty which means your are liable for shipping to us (this is industry standard), we shall repair and return to you at our cost. In the unlikely event of failure within 30 Days, we will arrange collection at our expense.
As we are engineer's ourselves, we understand the hassle and cost of machine downtime so we always provide a very quick turn-around of all repairs thus reducing your downtime. Some manufacturer's can take up to a month to complete warranty repairs which we feel is ridiculous!
We are extremely proud of our very quick turn-around times for warranty repairs, most warranty repairs are carried out and ready to ship back to customer within 48hrs of receiving item! |
